Return Policy:  (Exchange/store credit  ) We do not offer refunds.

 

Please email us at Laylynnsclosetreturns@gmail.com  with a brief description of your return before sending the items back.   We will  confirm receipt and you may proceed with your return. Please allow 48 hours for us to process your email.

Merchandise must be returned within 7 days of your delivery date. All merchandise must be retuned  in New Condition- meaning- unworn, unaltered, unwashed, stain free and with the original tags if attached.  Any merchandised returned with deodorant stains, makeup or  smoke smells will be returned to with and additional shipping charge. Shipping fees are not refundable.

 

At this time, we will not have local pickup. All items will be shipped.
